Hi, I’m Dr Kate Adler! I’ve been a Chiropractor since 2008 and had the pleasure of offering Chiropractic and other wellness therapies in and around the area of South Caulfield for the past 6 years.
I have a particular interest in providing preventative and restorative holistic wellness care to families and children, as well as working with athletes of all ages. I am trained as a Chiropractor, Energy healer, and Pilates instructor and offer a combination of providing all three modalities when supporting and guiding clients in their healthcare journey.
Bachelor of Science (Chiropractic), Masters of Clinical Chiropractic
Hi, I’m Dr Natalia Miletic, originally from the Macedon Ranges, I completed my Chiropractic degree in far North Queensland.
With post graduate education in children and babies, I enjoy caring for all people, with a special interest in pregnancy and children. I love serving my community and believe in a holistic approach to healthcare management is key, through identifying the cause and not simply treating the symptoms.
Outside of work, I enjoys spending time with my family – my husband and 2 children in Bayside.
Your initial $49 new patient offer includes a thorough assessment and first treatment, along with a report and a treatment plan to get you and your family members back on the path to being pain-free.
It also includes organising X-ray digital imaging (which can be bulk billed if you are eligible for Medicare) if required.
We aim to empower you with the knowledge and education you need to understand how your body works, and how you can proactively promote your healing & pain relief.
Our treatments can include manual or gentle chiropractic adjustments from a highly experienced and qualified practitioner, with detailed explanation of the treatment you are receiving and how it will assist in your healing and recovery.
We take the time to answer clients questions and equip them with the knowledge so they feel empowered and confident in their healthcare journey.
In addition to treatment, we offer homecare and lifestyle advice to that clients can support their treatment outside of the treatment room.
Our Chiropractors, Dr Kate Adler and Dr Natalia Miletic, have over 20 years national, and international, Chiropractic experience between them.
Alongside consulting in The Chiro Tree clinic, they are often asked to do relief work by other Chiropractors in Melbourne who need a Chiropractor to look after their clients whilst they take time off.
We use a range of Chiropractic techniques coupled with these other modalities to help address root causes of people seeking out care to offer a holistic approach. By combining several modalities – we find we are able to address the various layers of stress the body holds onto at a deeper level.
These other modalities may include Cupping, Dry Needling, Kinesiology, Reiki, and Pilates.

It is not uncommon to hear a slight noise from the shifting of gas and fluids in the joint which is a perfectly normal occurrence, but we appreciate that some practice members would prefer different styles of adjusting. Make sure you speak to your chiropractor about any concerns you may have, as we have many techniques available.
Great! Most people experience more energy, less discomfort, more flexibility, and an overall feeling of enhanced well-being. Occasionally, you may be slightly sore or tired as your body adapts to the changes occurring. The Doctors will monitor your progress very closely to ensure maximal comfort during this time of change. In some patients with long-term chronic conditions, realigning the spine may also cause the muscles around the spine to be sore afterwards. This is only temporary, until the weakened muscles are strengthened. This is comparable to the discomfort felt after a good work out at the gym.
Chiropractors complete a 5 year university double degree. After this, Chiropractors must undertake further professional development to continue expanding their knowledge and skills annually.
Chiropractic is considered a primary health care service for low back and spinal related issues. All clients of The Chiro Tree undergo a thorough health history, Chiropractic, postural, orthopaedic and neurological examination/assessment. From here, recommended individual care options are always discussed before care commences.
Acute pain relief — For clients who are looking for relief and reduction of pain/symptoms and discomfort/stiffness for a recent episode.
Chronic pain relief — For clients who have had a longer term issue and are in need of support to spinal structures as well as pain relief. The aim here is to retrain and restore function to structures, through stabilisation and rehabilitation work, and prevent further damage.
Chiropractic is a natural form of health care that focuses on the relationship between the spine and the nervous system and how that relationship affects our health. Using spinal adjustments and other manual and soft tissue techniques, chiropractic corrects misalignments of the joints, improves muscle tone and stimulates nerve activity.
Chiropractic adjustments involve the application of a precise yet gentle force to a section of the spine that needs correction. This has been shown to reduce pain and improve spinal function.
Many people get adjusted when they are sick. We always recommend to call the clinic so we can find out more about the nature of your illness so we can advise you further.
Adjustments can be done various ways, such as high force manually or gently through the use of low force tools, to suit individual needs and preferences. People of all ages, from birth to 90+, get adjusted. Anyone experiencing mild discomfort can use heat to support any inflammation sitting in the area.
We look after babies, infants and children of all ages at our clinic using a very gentle approach. We mainly use cranial sacral and light pressure adjustments to help comfortably and gently look after your child’s health.
First visit — Please allow up to 45 minutes. During this time we will get you to fill out a health history form which you will go over in more depth with your Chiropractor. After discussing your health concerns and goals, should you be a good candidate for Chiropractic care, the doctor will go through a thorough Chiropractic, postural, neurological and orthopaedic examination/assessment. Based on your findings, the Chiropractor will discuss your care options. Should further services, such as x-rays, be required before care commences, your Chiropractor will organise a referral for you to a local radiographer (bulk billed).
Second visit — Please allow up to 45 minutes. During this visit the Chiropractor will correlate your examination and health history findings and interpret any xray scans referred out for. From here, a recommended individualised care plan and options will be discussed with you, so you will be in an informed position to proceed with care and, if you decide, your first treatment will take place. Should it be determined that you are not a good candidate for Chiropractic care, your doctor will discuss alternative options and organise the appropriate referrals for you.
Standard visit: Please allow 15-20 minutes for all standard visits. You can expect to receive various Chiropractic treatment therapies (as discussed) and be given specific exercise/rehab and homecare recommendations.
Chiropractors are primary health care providers, therefore a referral is not required to make an appointment. If you are seeking to claim under TAC, Work Cover, Commcare, DVA or EPC then a referral will be required. Please speak to one of our friendly staff to discuss the process to organise this.
