Payment policy: Payment is required on the day of appointments. We accept cash, eftpos and all major credit cards (except AMEX). The Chiro Tree has a Hicaps machine on site for instant health refund rebates.

Cancellation policy: The Chiro Tree appreciates 12-hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment. There is a  charge if you are absent  or cancel your appointment within 12-hours, as it often means another client will miss out. We thank-you for your consideration so another person can benefit from your courtesy.

Referral policy: You do not need a referral from a GP to see one of our practitioners. We do accept referrals for any client wishing to claim under the EPC, DVA, TAC,  Commcare or Workcover schemes. For more information please contact one of our friendly staff.
