SMALL GROUP PILATES TRAINING

We offer in house small group Pilates group training with our Clinic Director, Dr Kate (Chiropractor and Instructor).

ANYTIME ACCESS TO OUR FITNESS LIBRARY

We have fresh and inspiring classes added weekly to our Online Library (including pilates, yoga, meditation, and barre) for you to access, at anytime, to keep you moving. All classes are designed with beginners-advanced options so you can tailor the class to suit your fitness level on the day.

Here at the Clinic we have a big focus on looking after both the physical body as well as the overactive mind . These two are intertwined and are essential to strengthen for overall health and wellbeing.
